Is this still a spiritual principle that we could benefit from?

Let's not lose sight of the fact that God wants us all to prosper...I believe that WE are the ones who hold ourselves back...If we know how to spread our joy and wealth along the way, God has not problem with being humble and having sufficient.....All he commands is that we give thanks and praise for all that we have, share a proper amount with others , and be good care takers of money and his people...I think the mistake too many people make is when it comes to doing the work of and for God they are all to quick to say how poor they are, but when they think they really want or need something, they are all the quicker to brag they can afford it...even if it means putting it on an already over burdened credit card and paying high interest rates on it...God is not impressed and there will be consequences to this type of life style....God wants us to have all our hearts desire but everything in its own time and its own place...work hard, have plenty....be lazy and have little
