What is the reason for the demise of indi pop?

well talking abt the current bollywood music's crappyness...the main reason is they are much more computer orientec like fruity loops and other composing softwares which makes them more techno type and before this computer era the msic and songs in india were melody based not harmony in indian music the raags are the most important things which use to creat a beautiful melody today's songs are harmony based first composed on chords than in computer and after that orchestra i hope i gave you a little idea behind the difference in music pf both periods...
