Can I tell prospective renters about the crappy neighbors?

So we're moving out because we're tired of dealing with the neighbors' nastiness, but our landlord said if we mention anything to prospective buyers and they don't rent, we'll be taken to court. I know we'd be obstructing their ability to do business, but shouldn't someone say something?
