Does anyone in the Las Vegas,Nv area know where I can rent kitchen space in the Summerlin area?

I'm trying to start my own peanut brittle business. According to the health dept. I need to rent kitchen space. I have little means that's why I'm not opening up a shop yet of my own. I only need a couple hours a week to start. I will then be able to count on clients to sell my brittle after I get a business license. Which leads me to my next ?. I need to find some clients in the Las Vegas,Nv area who are willing to take on a new product, but where/who?
