Can I get an apartment even though I'm younger than 18?

Well right now I'm 14, I live in moody Georgia and, I have a job I've had for 3 months now... I have a friend that doing the same... We want to get an apartment and split rent.... our parents said they would sign for us and stuff but we are not sure if we can legally move into an apartment... Is it possible for us to get legally emancipated? We see a apartment for 300$ and we'd both pay 150$ a month for our rent and we would still be able to pay for our own food and other needs...
