What happens if you rented a house through the Internet and moved in only to find out it is nothing like the ?

Pictures that were posted on the website, and the landlord wants nothing to do with it.. She says my expectations were too high.. And the place is just filthy!! I mean I found a dead mouse inside the place when I first got in and was checking the place.. The walls are filthy with blackish stains all around.. The bathtub, wash basins and the sink need a year of srcubbing before they are fit for human use.. The landlord said if I wanted to paint or clean I should do it but she won't pay a dime out of pocket!!! I think we've been scammed , because the pictures were completely different and she should've mentioned these things and said you know what I want to rent it as it is, and it would've been up to us.. But she lied and put some brand new photos.. I need some help, please someone advise..
